Garden in Silence explores the way a landscape gradually reveals itself through layers of vegetation, colour, and light.
Built through successive layers of oil paint, the composition combines dense foliage with areas where flowers and lighter tones emerge from within the landscape. Forms remain partially undefined, allowing the eye to move across the surface and discover different elements over time.
The work continues my investigation into perception and nature, focusing on how depth, light, and partial concealment shape the experience of looking at a landscape.
